Senior Field Clinician Educator Home Health
**Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first** This position will support the Field Clinician Educator Facilitation Team. **Key Competencies:** + Develops, reviews and revises virtual training materials. + Provides new hire education to ensure understanding of PointCare functionality and tablet navigation, quality documentation, home health best practices, policy and procedures, and OASIS. + Presents on camera for extended periods of time. + Provides immediate feedback and resolves class questions. + Teaches multiple classes to a wide clinical audience. + Leads clinical education for mergers and/or acquisitions. + Conducts thorough documentation audits and delivers constructive, actionable feedback. + Provides instructor led training in large groups utilizing virtual platforms: Zoom/Teams. + Utilizes Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint. + Manages reports and basic tasks in HCHB R2. **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Skills/Experience:** + Has expertise in Homecare Homebase (HCHB), including PointCare functionality. + Can navigate back-office workflows and reports in HCHB R2 preferred. + RN (BSN preferred) or licensed Physical Therapist. + Unrestricted RN or PT license in work state assigned. + 2 or more years of home health experience within the past 5 years. + Prior nurse/therapy educator experience preferred. + Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to function with minimal direction. + Has excellent communication and sound decision-making skills. + Is organized and committed to timely work completion. + Takes a proactive approach to problem-solving, is innovative and a critical thinker. + Is comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. + Is technologically adept: experienced with Microsoft Office suite products, able to manage multiple screens, facilitator guides, and multitask effectively preferred. + Creates a nurturing and supportive environment favorable to learning. + Has strong assessment skills to identify learning needs and provides immediate and thoughtful feedback to the new clinician. + Has a working knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations including state/local specific. + Current CPR certification. + Travel requirements: less than 10%. **Additional Information:** To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: + At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested. + Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership. + Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense. + Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees will be provided with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job. + Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $86,300 - $118,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
