Join our team to support expert-level government contract management by assisting with complex contract reviews, negotiations, risk analysis, policy development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive compliance, efficiency, and strategic impact across the organization.
**Your role:**
+ Serve as support to the subject matter expert in government contract management, advising leadership on complex contract types (Firm Fixed Price, Cost, Time and Materials) and interpreting Federal Acquisition Regulations, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations, Veteran Affairs Acquisition Regulations.
+ Support the review, negotiation, and execution of government contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and reseller/distributor agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and business standards.
+ Collaborate on the development of advanced contract management frameworks, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and resolve complex contractual disputes using expert-level knowledge.
+ Support the coaching and mentoring of team members and cross functional departments, contribute to policy development, and drive continuous improvement within the government contracting practice.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional leaders, provide executive-level reporting on contract performance and risks, stay current on industry trends, and support special projects as needed.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience with government contracts within the healthcare sector.
+ Your skills include contract drafting, data management, commercial and regulatory compliance, document auditing, KPI oversight, risk mitigation, stakeholder management, contract administration, and driving strategic initiatives through continuous improvement.
+ You have at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, law or a similar field of study.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

**Philips Transparency Details**
The pay range for this position in Tennessee is $112,500 to $180,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
