On this position you will be reporting to our Product Line Finance Director. The position is on-site and based in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Poland.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs the Senior Factory Controller, you will be supporting the Local Factory Management on delivering sustainable financial results across products, by providing visibility on past performance and recommendations for mitigating risks and leveraging on opportunities. In addition to the local responsibilities, this role will be supporting the financial performance management of the product line through strong collaboration with team members in other factories to ensure standardized and optimal level of performance.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Perform various analyses on a monthly and ad hoc basis, identifying areas of opportunity and actions for improvement, Ensure all accruals are revalued as necessary, Conduct analysis for optimization of supply chain costs and cash drivers such as procurement, freight, cost reduction, and inventories, Perform investigations and deep dives on monthly closing findings, providing insights on the impact over future performance and necessary process improvements, Prepare the monthly plant forecast, including deviation analysis compared to the budget and previous forecasts, Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget, Meets targets provided by the Controller/Leadership. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field, At least 5 years of experience in finance analysis and reporting roles within the production/manufacturing industries, Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills, Excellent knowledge of Excel, Knowledge of tools such as SAP/Business Warehouse, Hyperion Financial Management, or Power BI., Fluent in English.
