Job Description Summary

Join our team as a Senior Facility Executive who will drive excellence across both technical and soft services operations! This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise while expanding your leadership in soft services management. Make a significant impact on our facility operations through your comprehensive approach to integrated facility management.

ResponsibilitiesTechnical Systems Leadership: Lead electrical, mechanical, and plumbing operations to ensure optimal facility performance and reliabilitySoft Services Oversight: Coordinate housekeeping, security, landscaping, and other soft services to maintain exceptional facility standardsPreventive Maintenance Strategy: Develop comprehensive maintenance programs that maximize equipment lifespan and operational efficiencyResource Optimization: Plan and manage inventories for technical components and soft services supplies to ensure cost-effective operationsQuality Management: Establish and monitor quality standards across all facility services to exceed client expectationsStakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison between service providers, staff, and management on facility mattersVendor Management: Select, evaluate, and manage service providers across technical and soft services domainsTeam Leadership: Guide and develop facility team members to build operational excellenceContinuous Improvement: Identify and implement innovations in facility management practices to enhance efficiency and sustainabilityCompliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards across all facility operations

Required QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field5+ years of experience in facility management with demonstrated expertise in both technical and soft servicesProven leadership abilities and team management experienceStrong technical knowledge of building systems and infrastructureExperience in vendor selection and managementExcellence in stakeholder communication and relationship buildingWorking knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulationsProficiency in facility management software and reporting tools
