Operational Management

Oversee daily facility operations including maintenance, housekeeping, security, and front desk services.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Monitor energy usage and implement sustainability initiatives.

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement facility management strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Forecast resource needs, plan budgets, and manage capital expenditures.

Optimize space utilization and workplace design for productivity.

Vendor & Staff Coordination

Manage contracts with vendors (maintenance, security, housekeeping, catering, etc.).

Supervise facility staff including technicians and support personnel.

Establish KPIs and escalation paths to ensure vendor accountability.

Risk & Compliance

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (fire safety, building codes, environmental laws).

Conduct regular audits and inspections to mitigate risks.

Prepare contingency plans for emergencies and operational continuity.

Employee Experience

Provide a workplace conducive to productivity and comfort.

Address employee feedback on facilities and improve satisfaction.

Support accessibility and inclusivity in facility design and services.
