What this job involves:

As a Senior Facilities Manager at JLL, you will provide comprehensive leadership for large or complex sites, managing relationships, processes, people, compliance, and budgets with minimal supervision. You'll create a culture of safety, customer service, and quality while driving operational excellence and innovation. This role requires strong business acumen to manage financial performance while developing and leading teams to meet service level agreements. You'll collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and other functional partners to deliver differentiated value and implement innovative solutions that reduce costs and enhance client satisfaction.

What your day-to-day will look like:Oversee team operations to maintain high standards of safety, customer service, compliance, and qualityDevelop and manage capital and operating budgets while providing comprehensive financial reporting to clientsCreate workflow processes to meet service level agreements and ensure operational compliancePartner with engineering teams to monitor capacity and maintain service standardsLead supplier partnership programs including governance requirements and performance scorecardsConduct team training, performance reviews, and professional development initiativesImplement site-level innovative programs that reduce operating costs and increase productivityParticipate in and lead local JLL and account innovation programsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management5-8 years of progressive experience in operations managementStrong organizational and management skills with ability to operate independentlyBusiness acumen including financial planning and analysis capabilitiesProven ability to manage within budget and time constraintsExperience in matrix management of technical and administrative staffDemonstrated leadership in developing team culture and performanceUnderstanding of service level agreements and compliance requirementsPreferred Qualifications:Experience managing large or complex facilities operationsBackground in supply chain management and vendor relationshipsTrack record of implementing cost-reduction and productivity improvement initiativesExperience with capital project management and budget oversightKnowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards in facilities managementStrong communication skills for client interface and team leadershipExperience with innovation programs and change managementFinancial reporting experience for client-facing operations

Estimated total compensation for this position:

110,000.00 – 159,500.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
