What this job involves:
As a Senior Facilities Manager at JLL, you will serve as the strategic business leader for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) across a city or cluster of sites, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. This pivotal leadership role requires you to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders while managing multiple teams to deliver professional, value-focused services that consistently meet or exceed client expectations. You will collaborate with GREF leadership to develop delivery strategies focused on "continuous improvement," "staying ahead," and achieving "best in class" service delivery, directly contributing to JLL's reputation for transformative real estate solutions and client success.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Act as single point of contact for IFM business function, providing leadership to JLL account-based management and service delivery teams across your assigned city/clusterCollaborate with GREF leadership team to establish delivery strategies and annual goals for IFM function, aligning with global, regional, and local client objectivesDevelop and maintain detailed understanding of client business requirements while managing relationships with key GREF stakeholders and function leadsLead implementation of "raising the bar" initiatives to continuously improve customer experience through IFM function customer touchpointsEstablish robust business governance processes including conducting regular business reviews with GREF leadership for IFM function performanceOperate as business manager responsible for overall budget management covering operational and capital budgets for assigned city/cluster sitesDrive achievement of agreed business targets including revenue, expenses, budget management, debtor targets, savings targets, and KPI performance.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Master's in Business ManagementMinimum 8 years of experience in corporate environment with proven ability to function as business leaderStrong analytical skills with proven ability to solve problems using objective approachGood leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage large teamsStrong interpersonal skills with ability to build and nurture stakeholder relationshipsGood communication and client relationship management skillsAbility to adapt and perform under pressure while meeting business targets and objectives.Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure and experience dealing with multinational corporate organizationsExperience managing business P&L and financial accountabilityBackground in facilities management or real estate services industryKnowledge of GREF (Global Real Estate and Facilities) operations and processesExperience with continuous improvement methodologies and best practice implementationFamiliarity with budget management and financial reporting for facility operationsTrack record of achieving revenue targets and cost optimization in service delivery environments.Location: Onsite
