What this job involves:

As a Senior Facilities Manager at JLL, you'll take responsibility for the overall management of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) as a business function for a city or cluster of sites, delivering key initiatives while ensuring consistency in IFM processes and service delivery. This leadership role requires you to establish and nurture working relationships with key stakeholders including functional leads and city/cluster leads within both JLL and client organizations. You'll provide strategic leadership to JLL account-based IFM management and service delivery teams while collaborating with GREF leadership to establish delivery strategies focused on continuous improvement and best-in-class service excellence. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on client satisfaction by operating as a business manager responsible for budget management, target achievement, and implementation of "raising the bar" initiatives that enhance customer experience. What your day-to-day will look like:Serve as the single point of contact for IFM business function in the city/cluster of sites while providing leadership to JLL account-based IFM management and service delivery teamsCollaborate with GREF leadership team to establish delivery strategies for IFM function, focusing on continuous improvement, staying ahead of industry trends, and maintaining best-in-class standardsEstablish and monitor annual goals for IFM function aligning with client GREF global, regional, and local objectives while driving teams to achieve performance targetsDevelop and maintain detailed understanding of client business requirements and key factors influencing IFM function needs, ensuring alignment with client Leadership PrinciplesManage relationships with all key GREF stakeholders and function leads for both client and JLL organizations to ensure efficient delivery of IFM servicesLead implementation of "raising the bar" initiatives to continuously improve overall customer experience through IFM function customer touchpointsConduct regular business reviews with GREF leadership while managing overall operational and capital budgets for IFM function across assigned sites.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or Master's in Business Management from an accredited institutionMinimum 8 years of experience in a corporate environment with proven ability to function effectively as a business leaderStrong analytical skills with proven ability to solve problems using an objective approachExcellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage large teams and drive performanceStrong collaboration abilities across multiple stakeholders with exceptional interpersonal skills for building and nurturing relationshipsExcellent communication and client relationship management skillsAbility to adapt and perform under pressure while meeting business targets and objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:Exposure and experience dealing with multinational corporate organizationsExperience managing business P&L and financial accountability for large operationsBackground in Integrated Facility Management or related service delivery functionsExperience implementing continuous improvement initiatives and change management programsKnowledge of industry best practices and benchmarking methodologiesUnderstanding of GREF (Global Real Estate and Facilities) operations and requirementsExperience with budget management for both operational and capital expenditures.
