Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to join our Integrated Facilities Management team in Istanbul, Turkey. In this role, you will directly support our prestigious client, JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPMC), delivering exceptional facilities management services that meet their high standards and specialized requirements.
The Senior Facilities Manager (SFM) is responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction within their areas of responsibility and support the local team. Delivering key initiatives as well as ensuring consistency in processes and operational in Facilities Management delivery. Driving a superior service resulting in client satisfaction across their buildings.
As the key liaison between JLL and this important financial services client, you will leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure seamless operations while maintaining our commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as primary point of contact for site delivery, building trusted relationships across all levelsLead client meetings and implement feedback systems to exceed service expectationsProactively manage stakeholder communications to ensure alignment and satisfactionTeam Leadership & Development
Drive contractor performance through effective resource allocation and performance monitoringFoster a collaborative culture that prioritizes excellence, accountability, and continuous improvementMentor team members and implement structured development plans using WorkdayHealth, Safety & Compliance
Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory requirements, JLL standards, and client-specific protocolsMaintain rigorous compliance with fire safety, health regulations, and security proceduresCollaborate with client functional teams (GRE, GSI, HSE) to integrate safety programs effectivelyVendor & Contract Management
Partner with sourcing teams to optimize service contracts for quality and cost-effectivenessLead regular service partner reviews to address performance issues and identify improvementsIdentify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service excellenceFinancial Oversight
Manage financial processes including purchase orders, invoices, and work ordersSupport budget forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reportingImplement cost control measures while maintaining operational excellenceOperational Excellence
Conduct comprehensive site inspections and implement immediate corrective actionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencyServe as emergency point of contact and deputize for Facilities Manager when requiredRisk Management
Implement property risk management protocols and disaster recovery plansEnsure compliance with all JLL business conduct guidelines and audit requirementsConsistently meet or exceed all KPIs and Service Level AgreementsSound like you? Essential Skills
Technical expertise in critical infrastructure management (UPS, HVAC, Fire Life Safety systems)Superior stakeholder management and communication abilities across all levelsExceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demandsStrong leadership capabilities to manage hard and soft services teamsDemonstrated customer service orientation with problem-solving mindsetFluent English proficiency (verbal and written)Thorough understanding of Health & Safety regulationsRequired Experience
5+ years in facilities management, preferably in the financial sectorProven technical FM experience managing building operations for blue chip companiesDemonstrated expertise in operational excellence within corporate environmentsExperience with CAFM/Helpdesk systems and facilities technologiesHistory of successfully leading multi-disciplinary teamsBackground in office relocations, fit-outs, and space planning (preferred)Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaborativelyExceptional attention to detail with process improvement focusLocation:
