What this job involves:
Welcoming visitors and providing a positive first impression of the centreOffering general information about the site exhibitions, events, and programAnswering visitor inquiries about the centre's facilities, services, and current activitiesProviding directions within the centre and assisting with wayfindingArrange and update the display boards/directional signage for event before the functionHandling ticket sales or registrations for exhibitions, workshops, or special eventsManaging visitor flow and queue management during peak hours or special eventsCoordinating with other departments to address specific visitor needs or concernsMaintaining a clean and organized customer service areaCollecting and reporting visitor feedback to improve servicesAssisting with lost and found inquiriesOffering support for visitors with special needs or accessibility requirementsHandling minor complaints and escalating more serious issues to managementMaintaining up-to-date knowledge about the centre's exhibitions, events, and design-related topicsTrain up and manage the performance of the Assistant Customer Services OfficerServe as a backup for the Assistant Customer Services Officer in his/her absenceBring in the best practice from JLL HQ to implement onsiteManage guest inquiries and special requests, providing high-quality customer serviceAssist in scheduling and coordinating facility maintenance and inspectionsAdmin work including preparing reports, billing, purchasing and paymentServe as the contact for facility-related inquiries and concerns from staff and guestsCoordinating with other departments to address specific visitor needs or concernsCoordinate and assist with events, ensuring facilities meet client and guest needsPerform daily inspections to assess its condition and identify maintenance needsReport the status of facility conditions and any identified issues to management in a timely mannerFollow up on reported maintenance issues with the onsite Technician to ensure timely resolution

Sound like you? To apply you will have:
At least 1-5 years’ relevant working experience in hospitality/hotels/corporate offices
Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience from working in conferencing or events environments
Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills
Able to communicate in English
Willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team
Tidy, organized, proactive, careful and customer/service focus
