The Senior Extrusion Maintenance Technician, Advanced Catheter (Extrusion) COE will support many functions including general preventative maintenance, general maintenance repairs, assist with basic extrusion line setups, material management, and equipment through calibration. The position is also responsible for keeping an organized, clean, and safe Extrusion lab environment and will be under direct supervision, with emphasis on completing tasks in a timely manner.
How you’ll make an impact:
Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on extrusion equipment
Manage lab equipment and documentation (LOTO, JSA, machine guarding, etc.)
Track and order spare parts, tooling, and materials
Support extrusion line setups and breakdowns
Maintain lab cleanliness and manage waste disposal
Monitor and manage raw material inventory and EHS documentation
What You’ll Need (Required):
High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of experience including:
- Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment repair skills
- Moderate computer skills (MS Office)
What else we look for (Preferred):
Basic CAD and mechanical knowledge
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
Familiarity with GMP/GDP in a medical device environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Team-oriented with clear, professional communication skills

For California (CA) the base pay range for this position is $52,000 to $73,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
