SENIOR EXPORT MANAGER
**Description** Senior Export Manager Purpose and Scope/General Summary: JBS is seeking a seasoned and driven Senior Export Manager to lead our Poultry Logistics Team at our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in the exportation of perishable and frozen goods, combined with a strong background in team leadership and operational excellence. The successful candidate will have a minimum of seven years of experience in international export logistics and at least five years in a managerial capacity. They will thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment and demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering results. As a leader, they will inspire and develop a growing team of engaged professionals while serving as a role model of JBS’s core values. Reporting directly to the Head of International Logistics, the Export Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing our global logistics strategy. Responsibilities: + Lead and supervise a team responsible for executing international poultry shipments, including freezer appointments, drayage, transloads, and ocean bookings. + Ensure operational excellence by identifying network bottlenecks and proactively implementing solutions to maintain smooth logistics flow. + Drive team performance through clear KPIs, regular coaching, and continuous development, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with JBS values. + Collaborate closely with the Head of International Logistics and cross-functional teams—including Sales, IT, Business Analytics, and Vendors—to support strategic logistics initiatives. + Champion process improvement by partnering with internal stakeholders to enhance systems, reporting accuracy, and data integrity across SAP and other platforms. + Maintain accountability for timely and accurate cost accruals, shipment data, and exception resolution to support financial and operational transparency. + Empower the team with the tools, training, and information needed to make informed decisions that optimize routing, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. + Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the logistics network. + Support the Head of International Logistics in executing the broader international logistics strategy and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. + Other duties as assigned Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree preferred + 7+ years in International Logistics or related field. + Minimum of 5 years of management experience. + Experienced with SAP preferred but not a must + Some travel, but majority of work will be done at the JBS Corporate HQ in Greeley + Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation + As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits: + Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment; + Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays; + 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; + Base salary range of $110,000 - $130,000; + Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and + Career Development:Our company is dedicated to supporting professional growth by offering continuous learning opportunities and a focus on career growth through various learning and development programs.
