About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Expert in Technical Accounting Solutions & Compliance (TASC) to join our Global Enterprise Solutions (GES) team. This senior role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting across the organization. You will lead initiatives in compliance monitoring, audit management, policy change, and continuous improvement of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

Governance & Compliance:

Monitor compliance with accounting/reporting standardsConduct independent reviews and health checks of financial reporting

Accounting Expertise & Consultancy:

Advise on complex transactions and accounting treatmentsSupport decision-making processes across GES

Audit Management:

Lead global audit processes and ensure effective implementationManage audit findings and corrective actions

IFRS & Policy Change Management:

Stay current with IFRS standards and support integrationOversee document lifecycle for accounting policies and procedures

Process Design & Control:

Collaborate with Busniess Process Owners to ensure process compliance and control designDefine compliance needs and enable appropriate controls

Training & Development:

Lead training initiatives to enhance accounting and reporting capabilities

Project Support:

Provide expertise for global projects impacting accounting, reporting, and complianceCandidate Profile

Education:

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProfessional certification (e.g., CPA, ACA, ACCA) is a strong advantage

Experience:

10+ years in accounting, compliance, or audit rolesProven leadership in global organizations managing cross-functional projects

Skills & Competencies:

Deep expertise in IFRS and accounting principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesResults-driven with a focus on process improvementAbility to lead change and policy implementationProficiency in accounting systems and financial reporting tools
