Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Expert, Recruiting and Onboarding who will optimize the value flow along globally streamlined end-to-end transactional HR processes. In this role you will drive, shape, and enforce end-to-end Recruiting and Onboarding process flows within DHL Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with strategy, objectives, group guidelines, and policies. You’ll also have the opportunity to develop and administer business process quality and improvement plans, identifying opportunities for effectiveness and efficiency enhancements.
Responsibilities
·Contribute to the development of a strategic roadmap for the Recruiting and Onboarding process tower.
·Undertake process improvement initiatives in the Recruiting and Onboarding area to increase efficiency and quality, providing benefits to the business. This includes:
oCollecting and documenting existing processes.
oIdentifying the need for process change and assessing the gaps between the current state (As Is) and desired state (To Be).
oAnalyzing risks and standardizing processes.
oIncorporating Internal Controls and adjusting Process Design to meet Compliance requirements.
oAssessing the cost/benefit of potential process improvements.
oIdentify and onboard change agents/sponsors.
oPreparing and leading the user acceptance test execution.
oSupport change management including communication plans and supporting materials.
oCommunicate new processes to leadership and users.
·Design and incorporate suggested and approved changes to the Recruiting and Onboarding processes; communicate changes to affected teams; keep all documentation regarding Workforce Administration and Exit process up-to-date; design approved changes in the local adaptions of the Target Operating Model (TOM).
·Collect and document relevant process tower knowledge and best practices to keep global design up to industry standards; share knowledge and best practices across regions.
·Translate business requirements of medium-high complexity into technical system requirements, providing these to the Center of Excellence IT (CoE IT), other business stakeholders within the group, and third party vendors.
·Resolve issues, analyze and reconcile them using a structured approach to understand process improvement needs and estimate potential benefits.
·Define process-based analytics, means of reporting (e.g. KPIs) and target performance in collaboration with performance management in order to assess success of improvement measures and to manage outsourcing providers and operational process teams.
·Adhere to project timelines, quality objectives, and defined budgets.
·Support the implementation and handover of solutions to the respective teams.
·Draft content and deliver training on business process improvement methodologies.
·Coach consistent and effective application of process methodologies and share knowledge.
·Lead and contribute to process improvement and harmonization projects:
oContribute to development of a strategic roadmap for the Workforce Administration and Exit low/medium complexity process.
oMonitor and report progress of own deliverables, highlight any divergence from plans and communicate to project management or superiors.
oIdentify and analyze risks, propose mitigation actions and suggest solutions for resolution of escalation.
Required Education and Experience
·Bachelor (or higher) Degree in HR/Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification, required.
·Ideally project management qualification, preferred.
·Ideally certified in Change/Process Management, preferred.
·Knowledge of process design methodologies and project management methodologies, required.
·Ideally 4+ years in-depth HR or business experience, preferred.
·Ideally 3+ years’ experience in systems-related HR employee, process improvement/management or project management, preferred.
·Intermediate technical knowledge of global and regional systems, ideally Oracle Cloud, Phenom, Avature, preferred.
