This key role drives strategy, coordinates daily biddable media activities, and ensures smooth operations for our clients, all powered by our cutting-edge AI platform. What You'll Do:
As a PPC Senior Expert Specialist in our activation department, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of biddable campaigns for your own roster of brands. This includes:
Campaign Ownership: Leading complex biddable campaigns from strategy and proposal to activation, continuous monitoring, optimization, and detailed reporting to meet client KPIs. Platform Mastery: Executing media buying across major platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring optimal performance and cost control. Data-Driven Optimization: Analyzing campaign data from Google Analytics (or similar) to extract actionable insights and continuously improve performance. Technical Expertise: Managing measurement tags, creating automation, and troubleshooting technical issues, often leveraging our AI platform. Innovation & Growth: Staying updated on new media features, sharing knowledge, and contributing to team development and process improvements. Financial Management: Handling offers, pricing, contracts, and settlements. Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders using our ERP system and Agile methodology.What You'll Bring:
Experience: 3-4+ years of hands-on experience in biddable media. Platform Proficiency: In-depth knowledge and experience with: Google Ads (Search, Pmax, Demand Gen, Shopping) Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Apple Ads Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign data, extract insights, and drive optimization. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with ad servers, verification tools, tag management systems, and strong Excel skills. Education: Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering preferred. Key Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, excellent English communication (written & verbal), strong planning, problem-solving, collaborative, ambitious, and a team player.
