Working with DX insights manager to establish and analyse success metrics and KPIs for owned features, to make data-informed decisions to drive continuous improvement.

Influence and align senior stakeholders across CX, Technology, Data, Sales, and Digital Marketing on strategy, priorities, and trade-offs—communicating design rationale and business impact effectively.

Working with Senior UX designer on user research initiatives for strategic questions, usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable insights and design decisions.

Manage global rollout of features with Webmaster lead, ensuring solutions adapt appropriately for regional market needs, working with CX leads to understand local contexts.

Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving best practices—bringing outside perspective to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
