What you’ll do Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions and public groupsResolve user support ticketsIdentify and gather requirements from users and stakeholdersSupport team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organizationProvide ongoing user training and create training materials as neededWho you are Proven work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar roleSalesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certificationExtensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systemsSalesforce configuration changes including Security setting, Workflow, flows, fields, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.User and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.
