Job Requirements

The achievers and collaborators we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:

CPD Engagement & Management:

Manages the Employees who are in CPD and plan for their earliest deployment to other projectsMaintains close connect with the CPD Employees & understand their improvement areasIdentify the skills gaps with the new open positions and plan for competency development with the help of TTA/LEAD/Delivery teamsMonitor their performance in different interviews and plan for their improvements if anyAbility to forecast the CPD trends with understanding of all business dynamicsShould ensure RMG policy adherence, SLA’sResolves issues of CPD Employees if they have any

Review Calls:

Drives weekly Vertical/VBU calls with Delivery and TAT teamsPlays an anchor role and assisting the teams in effective Demand fulfilmentDiscusses about internal Employees utilization for the open positionsDiscusses about any potential ramp ups and ramp downs

Internal Mobility (MOR): 

Processes MOR applications to Delivery and help them through the evaluation process. Coordinate with the applicants and guide them through the process. Anchors the MOR selection and drives it until Employee redeployment

Others:

As a part of this role, he/she will be working with different functions like URT, LEAD, HR for different aspects of Resource Management

Works with URT team to plan campus hiring every yearWorks with LEAD/TTA to plan cross skill trainings, campus trainingWorks with HR for CPD Employee engagement, policy aspectsWorks with Operations controller team and help Delivery on operational performance aspectsWill act as an interface for any RMG policy changes and implementationsWill be responsible for RMG E-SAT, D-SAT and Audits

Required Skills:

Strong communication skills, Stakeholder/People Management, Logical Thinking capabilityExperience to work in MS tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
