Job DescriptionJOB Summary : Responsible for assisting department heads in achieving departmental and company-wide quality-related KPIs, and leading the effective operation of IQC (Incoming Quality Control), PQC (In-Process Quality Control), OQC (Outgoing Quality Control), and the quality management system. Playing a key role in process quality control, abnormal product analysis and assessment, customer complaint handling, quality system maintenance and improvement, and new employee quality training. Additionally, this role supports quality control in new product development and participates in the development of relevant quality standards and specifications to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production quality support and improvement:
As the quality technical support for the production department, work closely with the engineering and production teams to promote the continuous improvement of production technology, production efficiency and product quality.
Participate in the analysis of quality issues during the production process and provide professional quality solutions and improvement suggestions.
Abnormal product management and problem solving:
Responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of various product quality anomalies that occur during the production process, accurately determining the causes, and leading the formulation of corresponding corrective and preventive measures.
Investigate quality risks and issues in daily production and actively promote the implementation of solutions.
Supplier Quality Management:
Responsible for managing and evaluating the supply quality of suppliers, and establishing and maintaining supplier quality files.
Communicate and cooperate effectively with suppliers to encourage them to continuously improve product quality and reduce the defective rate of incoming materials.
Process quality control and standard setting:
Continue to promote the improvement of process quality and optimization of process control, and identify key quality control points.
Based on product and process requirements, formulate clear and executable process quality standards and inspection specifications, and promote their effective implementation.
Quality control of new products/new processes/new equipment/new materials:
Participate in the quality risk assessment and control plan formulation for the introduction of new technologies, new processes, new equipment, new projects and new materials.
Responsible for setting quality requirements and inspection standards for new import links.
Quality Documentation and Training:
Responsible for writing, maintaining and updating various quality documents such as quality operation guidelines, work instructions and inspection procedures.
Provide relevant quality knowledge and skills training to production staff, technicians and QC personnel as needed to enhance the quality awareness and operational level of all employees.
Quality Control Plan Implementation and Analysis:
Ensure that quality control plans are effectively implemented, analyze data on implementation results, identify quality trends, and make suggestions for improvements.
Quality Management System Maintenance and Improvement:
Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the company's quality management system (such as ISO9001, ISO14001, etc.) to ensure the effective operation of the system.
Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the company's document control system and audit system.
Responsible for organizing, coordinating, and preparing for internal quality audits, and actively participating in external audits. Follow up on issues identified during audits, promote rectification efforts by relevant departments, and verify their effectiveness.
Customer Complaints and Product Returns:
Cooperate with the responsible person to handle customer complaints and conduct in-depth analysis of the reasons for customer returns. Coordinate with relevant departments to develop and implement improvement plans to continuously improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
QualificationsBachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering is preferred.
More than three years of experience in quality management in the manufacturing industry. Candidates with experience in Ink or adhesive manufacturing or Heat-transfer label manufacturing will be given preference
Familiar with the operation and maintenance of the quality management system.
Familiar with various quality control tools and methods (such as SPC, FMEA, 8D, etc.), and have excellent problem analysis, solving and prevention capabilities.
Be familiar with and able to flexibly apply the requirements of quality management systems such as ISO9001, and be able to effectively apply them in daily work.
Possess a proactive work attitude, strong willingness to learn and the ability to learn quickly.
Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to conduct daily work communication and read English technical documents.
Applicants with experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) quality management or project quality management are preferred.
