**Main Purpose of Job**
**_Sippoer in small or medium R&D project swith a high impact on the business. Assist in managing the project on the R&D/development side in alignment with Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) initiative. Interact proactively with the other functions, especially the business lead and operations to ensure the overall project objectives._**

_- Effective resource planning- Ensure the resources are available for the project as required_

_- Bachelors / Masters Food Technology_
_Total 5+ years of experience_
_- Has a minimum 3 years Product Develeopment & Project Management experience_
_- Has a minimum of 2 years experience in R&D_
_- Has a minimum 1 year experience in Operations and/or technical/commercial function in SBU (through missions or assignments)_
_- Has demonstrated the courage and ability to take decisions and solve problems_
_- Has proven communication skills (Presents confidently and convincingly to steering committees.)_ _- Principles_

_- Customer and consumer understanding_
_- Knowledge in food technology and relevant technology platforms_
