JOB SUMMARYThe Executive/Sr. Executive/AM/DM in OMS Operations plays a crucial role in managing export operations efficiently within OMS. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), overseeing smooth shipment execution, maintaining operational compliance, and managing stakeholder relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOperational Excellence
Manage cost-effective and high-quality export ocean freight operations at satellite locations. Ensure timely GTN updates and smooth shipment execution aligned with SOPs and customer expectations. Handle a high volume of files and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Ensure operational compliance and error-free documentation. Manage payment receivables and payables efficiently. Stakeholder Management Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering best-in-class services. Interface with the Control Tower team and consignees for smooth operations. Manage relationships with carriers, suppliers, and networks to optimize operations and service delivery.
