Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a SeniorExecutive Office Administrator to support the E-7 Program Vice President in Tukwila, WA.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business acumen and the ability to build rapport with key stakeholders. Additionally, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, agile organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process domestic and international business travel arrangementsMonitor designated business traveler's logisticsGenerate expense reports and assist in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursementCollect and compile data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and/or signatureManage and coordinate executive calendars and schedule meetings, as requestedPlan and coordinate events to include room logistics, meeting invites, and cateringStay current and knowledgeable on cost policy (allowable versus unallowable charges), travel policy, and catering menusTrack and maintain information relative to department and business operationsVerbally communicate a wide variety of information to multiple audiencesTrack and maintain designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resourcesObtain visitor badges for guests as requiredUpdate and maintain various email distribution listsAs needed, provide support to other members of the program’s leadership teamThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or Office Manager roleExperience working with executives and senior customers and officials and their administrative teamExperience making domestic and/or international travel arrangements and generating expense reportsExperience managing dynamic schedules and calendarsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience working with Concur or similar travel arrangement systemsBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceClear and concise written and oral communication skillsSelf-motivated and comfortable working in a busy and dynamic environment with competing prioritiesAbility to prioritize requests effectively and efficiently and work with a sense of urgencyExperience supporting event-type logistics such as transportation arrangements, catering, restaurant, hotel reservations, and car rentalsExperience ordering and maintaining office suppliesExperience working directly with DOD/US Government customersRelocation:

Summary pay range: $68,850 - $93,150
