Role Overview:
Support the delivery of daily F&B, housekeeping, events, pantry, and soft services at Client Site at Powai Mumbai, maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, compliance, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations in pantry/cafeteria, meeting/event setups, and housekeeping as per company scope and hygiene standards.

Monitor food quality, presentation, service timing, portion control, and adherence to FSSAI and safety guidelines.

Coordinate with vendors, catering partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.

Maintain inventory, oversee supply stocks, validate vendor bills, and support cost control.

Collect and document employee and guest feedback, resolve complaints, and implement improvements.

Prepare and update service, hygiene, and audit checklists; ensure audit and statutory documentation is up-to-date.

Participate in regular inspections, safety checks, pest control, and waste management activities.

Provide on-ground support for company events, conferences, and special meetings.

Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, security, and company policies at all times.

Prepare daily/weekly MIS and assist with reporting as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.

3+ years’ experience in corporate F&B, soft services, or events.

Good communication, people, and coordination skills.

Working knowledge of MS Excel, documentation, and reporting.
