Provide strategic advice, support, and services to internal business partners and external audiences and providers. Develop appropriate and effective policies, procedures and controls pertaining to: financial management, accounting processes and procedures (GAAP), cash management, financial and strategic planning, tax compliance and corporate reporting functions. Manages and coordinates external financial reporting and investor relations. This position is part of the India Organization located in **IN Bangalore** and will be on hybrid work model. **In this role, a typical day will look like:** + **Revenue Management** + Ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with UGAAP. + Support Cross Charge Invoice Raising. + Collaborate with sales and operations to validate contracts and pricing. + Track AMC agreements and prepare timely invoices. + Maintain deferred revenue schedules and recognition using Oracle ERP. + Provide AMC-related reporting and analysis. + **Month-End Close** + Execute reconciliations using **Blackline** for accounts including revenue, deferred revenue, and treasury balances. + Assist in preparing month-end financial statements and reports. + Support audits and compliance requirements. + **Treasury Management** + Booked the Fx rates and release forex payments in line with company policy. + Prepare fund transfer documentation and support banking operation for domestic & export. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of experience or bachelor’s degree having 4-5 years of experience in financial accounting and commerce from a reputable University/college + Experience working in Oracle or SAP is desired + Should be a good team player within function and with cross functional team + Ability to handle difficult situations and manage the show or resolve the issue in the interest of the organization. + TRAVEL (REQUIRED ESTIMATED % OF TIME) : 10% **OTHER** + Excellent knowledge and practical understanding of applicable Indian accounting policy, tax regulation, Indian accounting standards and US GAAP. + Strong accounting background, especially in revenue/expense recognition rules + Independent and strong sense of integrity. + Proficiency in analysis of financial results to identify variations and trends that indicate possible exposures and the need for countermeasures. **At Hach** (www.hach.com), we ensure water quality for people around the world, and every associate plays a vital role in that mission.
