Senior Executive Customer Service

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Customer Service & Logistics team, responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, C&F coordination, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Management

Monitor and analyze constraint/unconstraint forecastsEnsure optimal inventory levels at C&F locationsCoordinate with Distribution Manager for timely supply executionManage supply status reviews and reporting

C&F Operations

Implement and monitor C&F SOP complianceDrive timely order billing and documentationTrack POD status and coordinate with transportersGenerate regular performance reports using Power BI

Customer Service

Support CSM in maintaining service excellenceEnsure timely resolution of customer queriesMaintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fieldProfessional certification in Supply Chain Management (preferred)

Experience

Years: 3-5 yearsIndustry: FMCG/Chemical/ManufacturingSystems: SAP(O2C module)Tools: Power BI, Advanced Excel

Technical Skills

Proficient in SAP O2C processesAdvanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)Power BI dashboard creation and analysisData analysis and reporting

Soft Skills

Excellent written and verbal communicationStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProcess orientation and attention to detailProactive approach to task managementTeam collaboration and stakeholder management
