We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Customer Service & Logistics team, responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, C&F coordination, and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management
Monitor and analyze constraint/unconstraint forecastsEnsure optimal inventory levels at C&F locationsCoordinate with Distribution Manager for timely supply executionManage supply status reviews and reportingC&F Operations
Implement and monitor C&F SOP complianceDrive timely order billing and documentationTrack POD status and coordinate with transportersGenerate regular performance reports using Power BICustomer Service
Support CSM in maintaining service excellenceEnsure timely resolution of customer queriesMaintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesCompany Description

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fieldProfessional certification in Supply Chain Management (preferred)Experience
