We are seeking an expert Communications Consultant to join our team. Your key responsibilities will include providing informative and creative opinions, drafting high- quality articles, and translating complex strategic thinking into easily understandable content. This role will be pivotal in executing aligned people communication strategies and drive employee engagement across our service units in Asia Pacific. You will work closely with regional Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) teams to build impactful, targeted content, lead people communications, and thereby support business growth. Your work will directly support leadership, ensuring a unified and compelling brand message that resonates with diverse audiences

Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies aligned with the company’s objectives and values and collaborate with department heads to gather relevant information and updates for internal distribution. Developing and implementing communication plans for both internal and external audiences and build engaging content including newsletters, intranet, emails, and presentations. Provide mentorship and support to senior leadership on internal communication. Develop communication materials and profiles for key stakeholders. Ensure Siemens brand guidelines are followed in GBS communications both internally and externally.

Your success is grounded in:

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field. Proven experience (3-5 years) in communications and preferably working closely with business development or marketing teams. Strong project management skills and experiences to effectively lead communication projects, ensuring delivery of messages across various channels. Ability to develop collaboration and gather insights from multiple internal collaborators at all levels of the organization. Familiarity with cultural nuances and sensitivities in communications, especially when working remotely across different regions.
