Christiana Care is looking for a full-time Senior Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for the SVP Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer and Internal Audit Executive to maximize their effectiveness and efficiency; supports executive with strategic system-wide functions and programs. The position requires an independent thinker and leader who has the ability to function effectively in a rapidly growing and changing environment.

This includes scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, preparing minutes, managing calendars, preparing correspondence, making travel arrangements, and helping the various teams reporting to the SVP Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer and Internal Audit Executive run effectively and efficiently. The position must be proficient in MS tools, including MS Teams technologies to ensure effective communication.Provides administrative support for the Accounting and Treasury Departments. This includes preparing credit applications for vendors, assisting with unclaimed property correspondence, processing invoices, coordinating signatures for bank and investment paperwork, and handling catering requests.Responds to e-mail requests promptly and courteously from both internal and external parties.Works closely with the other executive assistants for seamless coverage and support for the Office of Compliance and Privacy leadership.Help to reconcile credit card statements monthly.Researches and completes special projects/assignments as required.Prioritizes and follows up on incoming issues; determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.Maintains supply inventory, ordering and updating as needed.Always maintains confidentiality.Performs other related duties, as required.Hours: Day Shift
Education and experience requirements:Completion of a business college program in Business Administration, Office Administration, Liberal Arts, Human Services, or a related field.
Five years administrative experience, preferably supporting a senior level executive.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
