Senior Executive Assistant

We are seeking a polished and highly organized professional to join our team as a Executive Assistant. This role involves providing executive support, coordination, communication, and project follow-through in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting high-level priorities behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Manage complex scheduling, priorities, and day-to-day coordination for leadership.Prepare presentations, updates, and ensure projects, follow-ups, and cross-functional workstreams are moving forward.Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Essential Skills

5-10+ years of experience supporting executives, preferably in C-suite roles, within financial services or similarly complex environments.Strong understanding of banking operations functions and flows.Familiarity with financial services industryExceptional organizational and time management skills in high-volume environments.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced skills in PowerPoint.Solid skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and general business tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced business setting.Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.Confidence in managing multiple priorities and keeping details on track.Presentation skills and abilities would be highly beneficial.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Richardson, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $60.00/hr.
