In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner, helping maintain efficiency and alignment across the organization.What you'll do...Plan and schedule business events, meetings, and travel logistics within established timelines.Manage executive calendars, prioritize requests, and anticipate scheduling needs.Draft and edit communications for leadership, ensuring clarity and professionalism.Handle financial data management, including expense reports and reconciliations.Serve as a liaison for internal teams and external partners, ensuring confidentiality and timely resolution of requests.What you’ll bring: Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Experience in calendar management and event coordination for senior leadership.Proficiency in business communication and document preparation.Ability to analyze and manage financial data and reporting tools.Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain confidentiality.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
