WATER QUALITY PLATFORM

Water Quality (‘WQ”) Platform is part of the Environmental & Applied Solutions reporting segment and is a global leader in water quality analysis and treatment, providing instrumentation and disinfection systems to help analyze and manage the quality of ultra-pure water, portable water, wastewater, groundwater, and ocean water in residential, commercial, industrial, and natural resource applications. Our water quality business provides products under a variety of brands, including Hach, Trojan Technologies, McCrometer and ChemTreat.  WQ Asia has sales offices in India, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

Role description

1. Coordinate outbound dispatches with warehouse and ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) deliveries.
2. Oversee entire 3PL warehouse operations including inventory accuracy, space utilization, and manpower efficiency.
3. Liaise with transporters for timely vehicle placement, LR generation, tracking, and POD follow-up.
4. Ensure accurate and compliant documentation – e-way bills, packing slips, invoices, etc.
5. Identify and drive cost-saving and process improvement initiatives in warehouse and logistics.
6. Lead daily review with 3PL team and monitor warehouse KPIs (GRN TAT, dispatch TAT, stock accuracy).
7. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and EXIM team for seamless order fulfillment.
8. Maintain dispatch tracker, delivery status, and daily MIS reports.
9. Support audit readiness and compliance with GST, logistics norms, and documentation standards.

Hands-on experience in outbound logistics and 3PL warehouse operations.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Oracle / SAP preferred).

Analytical mindset with focus on cost, time, and process improvements.
Knowledge of transportation documentation and statutory compliance.

Graduate in Logistics / Commerce / Engineering.
5- 10 years of experience in outbound logistics, 3PL warehouse management, or dispatch operations.
