A global leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Fleet Operations Executive position based in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for managing post-fixture operations and maintaining effective communication between internal teams and external partners, including shipowners and brokers. 

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the central communication link between internal departments and external stakeholders. Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external counterparts to ensure effective operational coordination. Take an active role in overseeing day-to-day post-fixture operations, proposing solutions to enhance operational performance and reduce costs. Coordinate key operational milestones, including dry dockings, vessel modifications, deliveries, and redeliveries. Monitor off-hire incidents and handle negotiations to minimize financial exposure and protect the organization’s interests.
Requirements: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience. Familiarity with vessel operations, as well as a working knowledge of maritime law and marine insurance. Strong in coordination, problem-solving, and able to manage negotiations effectively in dynamic situations.
