. Messaging Hygiene and Security experience, including MS Defender for threat protection, policies, and investigations.
. Experience in Mail tenant to tenant migrations / integrations.
. Microsoft Active Directory, routing protocols, DNS, Certificates.
. PowerShell Advanced.
. M365 administration: SPO, ODB, MS Teams, Power Platform, Copilot.
. PaaS services: Azure functions, App Services, Exchange components.

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
