\n\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs a Senior Event Manager, you will oversee event documentation and coordinate closely with Sales, hotel departments, and clients to ensure exceptional service throughout all phases of the event—pre-event, on-site, and post-event. This role primarily manages complex events. You will identify opportunities to enhance revenue through upselling and value-added offerings, ensuring memorable and successful events. Serving as the primary point of contact for event planners after the sales handoff, you are responsible for delivering a seamless client experience.
\nSpecifically, your essential functions will be to perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nOrganize, plan and prioritize your duties by developing plans and goals. \nTimely communication to internal and external clients via telephone, email, written documents or in person. \nCreate and maintain relationships with clients to set and meet client expectations and deliver on those expectations. \nDemonstrate knowledge of job systems, products, systems, and processes. \nResolve conflicts and negotiate with others while handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts.Selling and influencing both internal and external clients. \nMake decisions and solve problems by analyzing and evaluating the issues and determine the best solution. \nEnsure high-quality service by communicating and assisting others to understand the guest needs, providing direction and guidance, feedback and individual coaching when needed.\nParticipate in customer site inspections and assist with the sales process as necessary. \nOther duties as necessary based on business needs. \nRegular attendance. \n
