The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of hotel experience, a minimum of 2 years in event planning, and experienced in working with events with a minimum of 500+ attendees.

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday schedule - availability for late evening or weekends may be needed.

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 annually

What will I be doing? 

\n

A Senior Event Experience Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of written sales & catering agreements for large-scale and complex full service meetings, conventions, and events as well as execution of all sized room blocks, catering events, and events as assigned. 

\n\nMaintains liaison between the customer and their representatives and the Hotel by directing each hotel department as to their specific role in the pre-planning and execution on-site. \nMaximizes revenues and controls expenses through effective negotiation of prices, services, upselling, and accurate forecasting.\nResponsible for direction of all catered events in partnership with Event Operations staff. \nResponsible for successful execution of event and customer satisfaction to ensure customer remains loyal and books future business with hotel/company. \n\n\n\n
