Key Responsibilities
Construct dedicated registration websites for specific meetings and, in partnership with the Creative team, create compelling invitations to boost attendance. Oversee the invitation process, offer immediate updates on the status of registrations, and reach out to individuals who have yet to respond.Provide support for delegate registration (monitoring attendance and responding to mailbox inquiries) before and during the meeting sessions for global participants across various international time zones.Coordinate participant travel and visa requirements in collaboration with the Event Project Manager and our vendors.Assist with post-meeting wrap-up, including the collection of participation data, the generation of electronic attendance certificates, and the input of session evaluation data.Analyze and compare data, identifying discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.Upload documents into appropriate systems, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.Demonstrate proficiency in computer software skills, including Word, Excel, Adobe and other database/spreadsheet software (e.g., PowerPoint).
