Senior Ethical Training Manager - Nutrition
+ Reports to: National Training Manager, Ethical + Location & Time: Me Linh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, District 1, Ho Chi Minh + Working Time: 2 Saturdays every 2 week. **_MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_** Responsible for implementing training strategy/plan to support business model and build EFF capability. Drive field force effectiveness and efficiency via delivering training and field coaching. **_MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_** + Develop training plan in the assigned region, anticipate constraints or problems affecting training implementation, and involve in aligning training plan with Ethical FF. + Conduct training in induction, sales school, new product/campaign launching, ect. + Conduct classroom training in region, field coach and assessment for new Representatives. + Use evaluation technique, tools to conduct assessment and certification. + Work with Ethical FF to align field coaching that support Ethical FF development and performance. + Follow-up and tracking coaching implementation among ethical field force that enhance coaching environment. + Work with Ethical FF, SFE to ensure alignment and effective execution and operation. + Ensure self and team compliance with ANI's code of conducts and compliance policies. **_MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED_** **_Work_** **_Experience_** : Minimum 5-7 years + Relevant experience in managerial/supervisory role in training and development + 2 to 3-year experience in managerial sales role preferred + Working experience in healthcare/wellness industry **_Education Level_** Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy/Doctor or Science **_CORE Skills Required_** **_(Top 4-6 Skills / Competencies required for role)_** _Professional Skill_ _(_ _Technical skills required for role)_ + Business acumen + Project/process management + Organization and planning skills + Analytical skills + Decision making _Behavioral / Leadership Skill_ _(_ _Competencies required for role)_ + Strategic thinking + Adaptability + Teamwork + Integrity + Problem solving skills _Language Skill_ _(any specific language required)_ + Proficient in English + Strong verbal and written communication _Computer Skill_ _(any specific Computer Skill required)_ + MS Office + MS Project An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
