Resource Knowledge and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of ERP administration experience, with a focus on SAP.
Strong knowledge of SAP Basis, HANA, and NetWeaver.
Experience with ERP system performance tuning, security, and compliance. Familiarity with ERP integration methods and data flows.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and apply corrective measures.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
