You’ll work with subject matter from across the business to implement core compliance initiatives, train our personnel, and help identify best management practices\. This role will be an integral part of the EHS team, working closely with regulatory agencies and contractors\. You’ll be able to help guide our business to continue program compliance and prepare for the future of aerospace manufacturing\. This position is onsite in Fort Worth, Texas\. **What you’ll be doing as a Senior Environmental, Health, and Specialist:** + Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal waste management regulations, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and coordinate inspections to avoid penalties\. + Conduct regular waste audits and analyze data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and areas for improvement, supporting sustainability goals\. + Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure efficient and compliant waste handling while maintaining strong partnerships\. + Design and deliver employee training programs on waste reduction, recycling protocols, and environmental stewardship to foster a culture of sustainability\. + Advocate for sustainability by exploring innovative waste reduction solutions, implementing circular economic principles, and promoting sustainable procurement practices\. + Lead teams and influence stakeholders through effective communication to drive organizational change and align with waste management goals\. + Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and coordinate logistics to ensure the success of waste management initiatives\. + Analyze waste data, generate reports, and present findings to track progress and demonstrate the impact of waste management programs\. + Mentor and train team members to enhance skills, ensure compliance, and support professional growth\. **Qualifications** **Skills You Bring to This Role:** + Lead teams and influence stakeholders through effective communication to drive organizational change and align with waste management goals + Strong teamwork collaborative capabilities + Ability to design and deliver employee training programs in EHS **What you need to be successful:** + Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences, Chemistry or related field\. Advanced degrees will be considered as additional experience\.
