**What you can expect to do here:**
+ Lead and supervise contaminant hydrogeology and environmental remediation fieldwork across Ontario.
+ Supervise subcontractors for ground disturbance and utility location, surveying, borehole drilling, groundwater monitoring well installation, and test pit excavation.
+ Oversee remedial contractors, including directing remedial excavations, waste tracking and progress reporting.
+ Conduct groundwater, soil and soil vapour sampling, and K-tests.
+ Maintain detailed field notes and contribute to project documentation and reporting.
+ Manage on-site health and safety protocols and ensure compliance with site-specific plans.
+ Travel frequently to diverse project sites, for multiple days, across the province.
**What you’ll bring to WSP:**
+ A diploma in environmental management or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in subsurface investigations, and supervising drilling and remediation contractors.
+ Strong knowledge of health and safety practices and a safety-first mindset.
+ Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
+ A desire to mentor and upskill junior colleagues.
+ A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Ontario.
