Join us. **Job Description** Our environmental practice helps industries and governments fulfil their responsibilities for the people they support as well as the planet that supports us all. We provide advisory and technical services to help clients achieve compliance, manage impacts, and reduce or even eliminate risks. AECOM’s Environmental & Ecological Planning team (EEP) investigate, plan and manage ecological resources. We are seeking a **Senior Environmental Consultant** specializing in Ecology to join our team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will lead and contribute to a wide range of projects: conducting baseline research and surveys, identifying ecological impacts and required mitigation measures for development projects, planning biodiversity conservation and enhancement works, and designing Nature-based Solutions. **Key Responsibilities** + Conduct and oversee ecological surveys, habitat assessments, and biodiversity studies + Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for clients and regulatory agencies + Provide technical input to projects and proposals + Analyze and interpret complex ecological data using advanced statistical methods + Provide guidance and review for junior staff + Participate in client and regulator meetings + Becoming certified as an AECOM Project Manager, ensuring quality management measures are planned and implemented **Qualifications** + Master's degree or above in Ecology, Conservation, or Environmental Management + Possession of recognized professional qualification / affiliation(s) (e.g. HKIEIA, HKIQEP) + 5+ years of experience in ecological consultancy or related industry + Capable of performing high quality works on schedule and within budget + Effective communicator with excellent presentation and technical writing skills + Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese + Able to work independently and within a team environment **Interested parties please upload your updated resume, cover letter, academic transcripts & certificates and your public examination results during your online application.
