Senior Enterprise Transformation Analyst
**Job Title:** Senior Enterprise Transformation Analyst **Work Place Flexibility:** Onsite **Legal Entity:** Entergy Services, LLC **Please note:** Authorization to work in the United States is a precondition to employment in this position. This role can work out of any of our offices within our service terratory. The selected candidates for this role will be placed as an Analyst, I, II, III, or Senior based on education, experience, and demonstrated success at the analyst level.** **Job Summary/Purpose** Responsible for conducting in-depth analyses, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing data-driven recommendations to drive the transformation forward. The Senior Analyst will leverage strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and enable data-informed decision making. **Job Duties/Responsibilities** + Gather, analyze, and synthesize data from various sources to uncover performance trends, root causes, and areas for improvement across the Power Delivery transformation. Translate complex information into clear, actionable insights. + Develop data-driven recommendations for process improvements and innovation. + Research industry benchmarks and best practices and identify leading practices that could be adopted. + Partner with Power Delivery functional leads, as well as teams in Finance, IT, Supply Chain, HR, and other supporting areas to facilitate data-sharing, problem-solving, and develop integrated solutions. + Present analysis findings and, proposed initiatives, and implementation plans to key Power Delivery stakeholders. Gather feedback, address questions, and secure buy-in for recommended changes. + Monitor the progress and impact of Power Delivery initiatives. Develop performance dashboards, scorecards, and ad-hoc reports to track key metrics and communicate results to leadership. **Minimum Requirements** **Minimum education required of the position** Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related field required or equivalent work experience.
