A Day in the LifeAutomation skills with Cypress or Playwright with Javascript & SQL scripting

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Must Have

Own subsystem/module testing strategy, developing frameworks.Guide the the squad to ensure implemeting test protocols, automating the test cases to best practices                                                                                               Create engineering practicesCreate engineering practicesProficiency working in a team environmentProficiency working in a team environment.

Work with Product Manager/Owner, Developers, DevOps engineers to align the testing roadmap with strengths and opportunities within the existing architectureExperience in mobile testing.Background in healthcare preferredMobile Apps Testing ExperienceExtensive JavaScript & SQL scripting backgroundAbility to advocate and implement best practices and standard solutionsPrevious Medical Device domain experienceExperience in Digital Health application developmentExperience in best practices for security and compliance (HIPAA, SOC II, etc…)Familiarity with healthcare specific technologies and data formats such as HL7 & FHIR

Required knowledge and experience:

B.E/BTech.in CS, IT, EC Engineering 8-10 years of SDET experience (or ME/MTech), including  3+ years of experience in (high/low-level) customer-facing products test automationExperience in Web application testing including Cloud native applicationsExperience Test Automation frameworks – Cypress & Playwright.Developing framework and tools to identify functional and non-functional (latency,  performance) regressionsPerformance testing, load testing,Design/development of automated test casesAnalyze results of automated regression suites and distill those results into bug tickets as neededExperience with API testing  using Postman or Soap UIStrong demonstrated ability to work directly with technical leads and other engineersDemonstrate a creative and innovation-driven ability to articulate engineering quality paradigms and patternsAware of CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment AutomationExperience with GIT and other version control tools.Ability to manage own learning and contribute to functional knowledge buildingAbility to work both independently and help other team members.
