Senior Enterprise Pricing & Programs Manager
Strengthen Philips’ enterprise commercial performance by leading the execution, analysis, and communication of our contracting and pricing programs. You will bring financial rigor, customer-facing partnership, and strategic insight to help ensure pricing excellence and enable growth across our most important accounts. **Your role:** + Leading the end-to-end management of enterprise pricing programs, including modeling, calculations, program performance analysis, and internal/external reporting. + Translating complex pricing and contractual insights into clear, concise narratives that enable confident decision-making by commercial leaders, business units, and Philips executives. + Partnering closely with Enterprise Account Leaders and commercial pods to educate them on contract positions, program eligibility, pricing performance, and financial implications. Collaborating cross-functionally (Finance, Legal, Contracting, Business Units, Commercial Excellence) to ensure pricing program readiness for new partnerships, renewals, and enterprise commercial initiatives. + Conducting deep contracting and pricing analysis to identify opportunities to improve margin, mitigate leakage, and support strategic pricing decisions. Constructing and articulating the enterprise-wide financial view for pricing programs and business opportunities, enabling consistent, fact-based recommendations. + Continuously enhancing tools, governance processes, and reporting methods to improve transparency, predictability, and commercial impact across the enterprise. Ensuring agreements and pricing execution remain audit-ready and compliant, aligned with Philips policies and external regulatory expectations. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 5+ years of progressive experience in pricing, finance, commercial operations, contracting, analytics, or a related discipline; experience in healthcare or medical technology, strongly preferred. + Your skills include strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret order, sales, and pricing data and convert insights into actionable recommendations. You also have advanced analytical skills and proficiency with SAP, Power BI, and enterprise data tools. + You have at least a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or related discipline; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. + You’re an excellent communicator, capable of simplifying complexity, presenting with clarity, and engaging credibly with leaders. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
