What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and inspire the Engineering team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Develop talent and train the Engineering team.Supporting the Engineering Supervisors with technical and administrative work.Get proposals from vendors of spare parts and services required, follow up with the Administrative Assistant to obtain the purchase order.Ensure the hotel's mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and life safety systems operate efficiently and reliably.Respond quickly to guest and colleagues requests and unexpected challenges, always finding practical solutions.Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs that keep our hotel performing at its best.Partner closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, Food Beverage, and every operational team to deliver a seamless guest experience.Monitor contractors, vendors, and ongoing projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with brand standards.Champion sustainability initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency without compromising the guest experience.Lead by example, creating an environment where technical excellence meets genuine hospitality.
