PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead capital project planning and execution at a dynamic industrial facility. This is a fully onsite, day-shift role where you’ll play a key part in shaping operational efficiency and long-term site strategy. 
  
Key Responsibilities  Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of capital projects and site improvement initiatives   Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, HFC, and Operations to prioritize capital equipment needs   Support integration of new product lines and facility moves for upcoming contracts   Develop detailed scopes, timelines, and resource plans for projects   Conduct equipment pricing and vendor sourcing based on technical requirements   Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for timely, cost-effective delivery   Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards   Present project updates, cost analyses, and performance reports to leadership   Contribute to continuous improvement and long-term strategic planning     
Required Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field   3+ years of experience managing capital projects in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environments   Strong understanding of capital project planning, budgeting, and execution   Experience with equipment specification, procurement, and vendor negotiation    

Preferred Skills  Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies   Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications   Financial acumen for budgeting and cost control   Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills   Why Join Us

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
