This requires a fundamental re-imagining of our technical foundations, from unified micro frontend experiences to highly scalable backend services and seamless partner integrations. The Sr. Engineering Manager will be a key architect and driver of this transformation, responsible for technical strategy, architectural excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and high performance within the engineering teams. Proven track record of successfully designing, building, and scaling complex, high-performance, and highly available software platforms in a cloud-native environment (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP). 3. Demonstrated expertise in modern architectural patterns, including microservices, event-driven architectures, and API design principles. 4. Significant experience with frontend architectural patterns, specifically micro frontends, and their implementation for large-scale, unified user experiences. 5. Deep understanding of data modeling, database technologies (relational and NoSQL), and data migration strategies for complex systems. 6. Prior experience transitioning internal tools or platforms to external-facing, multi-tenant products is highly desirable. 7. Experience with strategic partner integrations, including defining robust API strategies and managing external technical dependencies. + **Technical Skills:** 1.
