Your impact? As a key member of the R&D team, your work will significantly enhance the efficiency and innovation within the Engineering and Laboratory teams in Monterrey, Mexico. By providing leadership and resource planning, you will ensure that product maintenance and adaptation activities for Scroll Compressors and Manifolded compressors are executed seamlessly, maintaining high standards of quality and adhering to committed timelines. You’ll collaborate will foster a collaborative environment, empowering a team of 10 to excel in their roles and deliver superior products. Success in this position means that Danfoss will benefit from streamlined processes, improved product designs, and enhanced production capabilities, ultimately leading to increased customer satisfaction and market competitiveness. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Lead Products maintenance (Sustaining) and Products Adaptations activities for Scroll Compressors & Manifolded compressors’ products locally in Monterrey (Mexico) + Resource planning and support team members to ensure committed timelines are maintained while ensuring all defined processes are followed to deliver a quality product + Support and provide guidance for functional analysis, DFMEA & Design Qualification plan, and present design reviews to multiple stake holder + Interact with other Danfoss R&D departments located around the world (France and China) + Ensure modifications to existing products respect the Danfoss change procedure **What We're Looking For** • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering • Multiple years’ experience in a similar role/field with a product development focus and technical leadership background. • SAP management • Innovative & Resourceful • Ability to work independently and make necessary decisions • Be able to deal with a high-pressure environment **What You'll Get from Us** 1.
