Senior Engineering Engineer

Airswift is looking for a Senior Engineering Engineer to work on a permanent contract in Villahermosa, Tabasco, México with a drilling services company.
Responsible for developing the detailed drilling program and analyzing the execution of each well, using the well design and drilling methodology, ensuring synergy and coordination of the multidisciplinary engineering team to meet technical requirements, optimization, risk management, operational plans and financial objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate, design, and develop the detailed point drilling program in accordance with Reference Engineering requirements, including internal changes and revisions with Operations Management and service providers.
Senior specialist in project design and construction, including unconventional, HP-HT, and highly complex projects.
Responsible for evaluating and analyzing the TR designs, hydraulics, torque and drag, and the drilling margin, interpreting data provided by the drilling analyst.
Actively participate in the evaluation and selection of appropriate headstocks based on the characteristics of the well, operating conditions, and fluid types, ensuring suitability for their management.
Regarding user drilling baselines, analyze previously prepared baselines in detail and determine the final well trajectory based on collision scenarios, programmed objectives, drilling parameters, severity, torque, and drag.
Will be responsible for alerting and presenting the well design reengineering solution during drilling operations.
Thoroughly evaluate the parameters of the wellbore, geological data, logs and nodal analyses to define the type of well termination, considering the production aspect, shots and damage to the formation.
Analyzes well productivity designs, interpreting data such as productivity indices, drainage areas, fluid properties, damage factors and geometric and mechanical properties of proposed production devices, together with production stability maps.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced English
Bachelor's degree or Petroleum Engineering with professional qualification and license.
Strong drilling engineering experience with IOC or NOC companies.
Specialist in well design, control, and regulations.
Extensive knowledge of equipment, tools, drilling fluids, and design.
Experience in offshore, onshore, HPHT, and challenging environments.
Experience in personnel, equipment, and project management.
Proficiency in specialized project design software.
