OneMain Financial is looking for candidates interested in a Senior Engineer – Software position with our Financial Systems Team. This position will:
Execute project tasks to grow, upgrade, or improve Financial Systems support for OneMainDemonstrates personal leadership and initiativeWork with junior staff and business partners to identify business needsCreate specifications, testing and implementing new programming to meet user and OneMain needsDevelop and maintain relationships with system user groupsOversee controls to ensure integrity and compliance with federal regulations and corporate policiesThis position will report directly to the Associate Director of Engineer-Software Financial Systems, and will primarily work with Financial Systems team members, accountants, and planners to ensure that the Finance Organization receives support and administration required to meet the diverse needs of the entire organization.

3+ years of Financial Systems experience, supporting accounting and reporting systems3+ years of experience with configuration and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and report writing.Experience with SQL and/or Python, and related toolsBachelor’s degree in: Accounting, Finance, or ISEnergetic, organized, and skilled with today’s technologies; willing to research and learn new technologies.Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail.Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team-based environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to multi-task and support multiple priorities.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Who we Are
