Senior Engineer Quality Assurance
**What's The Role** The Senior QA Engineer will oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Governance across all major projects and releases. This role ensures that business processes align with UAT requirements and that testing activities are executed with precision, transparency, and cross-functional coordination. **What You'll Do** + Leading UAT efforts for all projects and releases during the UAT phase, coordinating test plans, test cases, and test data with stakeholders, and managing defect identification and resolution tracking. + Provide regular status updates to project teams, analyze and optimize current UAT processes, and maintain documentation including flowcharts and SOPs. + Ensure business processes align with UAT requirements and maintain the UAT Single Point of Contact (SPOC) Matrix for LLA. + Collaboration with QA & BP Leads is essential to ensure timely and complete UAT deliverables, along with support for configuration testing and CCN validation. + Strong coordination with BU testers and IT teams is expected, and the role promotes continuous improvement in QA practices and governance. + Seamless coordination between UAT and business process documentation, leading regular team meetings and status updates, and encouraging flexibility and adaptability across team members. **Knowledge & Experience** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline + 8+ years in QA leadership or senior engineering roles, with a focus on UAT and governance. + Strong experience in test planning, execution, and defect management. + Proficiency in **Jira** for issue tracking and workflow management. + Hands-on experience with **Xray** for test case management and traceability. + Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Katalon, Selenium, or similar). + Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. + Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage offshore resources. + ISTQB or equivalent QA certification. + Experience in telecom or enterprise IT environments. + Exposure to performance testing, digital QA, and B2B QA domains. **Who We Are** We are the leading telecommunications company, connecting more than 40 markets in Latin America and the Caribbean with our video, broadband internet, telephony, and mobile services under the consumer brands VTR, Flow, Liberty, Más Móvil, BTC, and Cabletica.
